Privacy Policy

myaccount.center is a service created and operated by NerdSnipe Inc. (“NerdSnipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or use our service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us. When you request a free report, fill out an intake form, book a call, or sign up for a plan, we collect details like your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and business address.
• Conversations with our AI systems. If you chat with our AI concierge, call our AI reception line, or request a callback, we collect the content of that conversation (text or voice) along with metadata such as the time of contact and the number or channel used, so the conversation can be handled and followed up on.
• Billing information. If you purchase a plan, payment is handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our server and hosting provider automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes.
• Website analytics. Unless you decline analytics cookies (or we ask first in your region and you have not accepted), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and our free tools: which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked, and whether a form or the website check was completed. Google receives your IP address, device and browser details and sets analytics cookies. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, chat messages or the website address you enter to Google Analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To generate and deliver the free report or audit you requested.
• To respond to inquiries, bookings, and support requests.
• To provision and operate your account, website, CRM, and AI reception once you sign up for a plan.
• To send service-related communications (confirmations, billing notices, account updates).
• With your consent or an existing business relationship, to follow up about our services by email, SMS, or phone.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our systems.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run myaccount.center, including:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — the customer relationship management (CRM) and automation platform that stores contact records, manages communications, and powers workflows for your account.
• Google Analytics — website analytics, as described above. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings.
• Payment processors — to securely process subscription and setup-fee payments.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our website and application.
• We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Cookies and similar technology

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep the site functioning (for example, remembering a report you’ve opened), and Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. Analytics is on by default and you can decline in the cookie notice or at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer; declining removes the analytics cookies we have set. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, we ask first and load no analytics until you accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline unless you choose to accept. We do not currently run advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep contact and account information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we’re required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, and request a copy of it.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
• You can opt out of marketing emails, SMS, or calls at any time by following the unsubscribe/opt-out instructions provided, or by contacting us directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA, the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

8. Children’s privacy

myaccount.center is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. International visitors

NerdSnipe Inc. is a Canadian company and we handle personal information in line with Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA). The service providers we use for hosting, CRM, email, SMS, voice and AI features may store or process your information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Where your information is processed outside your home country, it may be subject to the laws of that country, including access by its courts and authorities.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
