Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of myaccount.center, including our website, free reports, AI reception, CRM, and any related plans (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by NerdSnipe Inc. (“NerdSnipe,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent when requesting a report, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a plan.

2. What we provide

myaccount.center provides an AI-centered online presence for local and service businesses, which may include a website, booking page, CRM, AI reception across voice/SMS/email/chat, and related automation, depending on the plan you choose. Features vary by plan and may be updated, added, or removed over time.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, plus a one-time setup fee billed with your first payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• All fees, including setup fees, subscription fees and usage charges, are non-refundable. This is because our Service is a digital service that we begin provisioning and delivering as soon as you sign up, and we incur set-up, licensing and usage costs immediately. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or unused time.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law, which we will honour where they apply.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

4. AI features and automated communications

Our Service uses AI systems — including an AI concierge, AI voice reception, and automated email/SMS/chat workflows — to communicate with you and, where you’ve enabled it, with your own customers on your behalf. By requesting a callback, submitting a form, or chatting with the AI concierge, you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, email, or chat in connection with your inquiry or account. AI-generated responses are provided “as is” and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content used in your own business communications before relying on it.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
• Keep any account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, or to collect customer data without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the security of the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers — including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM and automation, payment processors for billing, and telephony/hosting providers — to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant, and we are not responsible for outages or issues originating from third-party providers outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The myaccount.center name, branding, software, and site content are owned by NerdSnipe Inc. or its licensors. Content and materials you provide to us (such as your business information and brand assets) remain yours; you grant us a license to use them solely to build, operate, and support your account and the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service, including any free report, is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes from using the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerdSnipe Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NerdSnipe Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time as described in Section 3.

12. Governing law

NerdSnipe Inc. is incorporated in Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
